CANCELLATIONS

48 hours notice must be given for any cancellations, failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. If you give us more than 48 hours notice your deposit will be rolled over to your rescheduled/next appointment, however further cancellations may result in the forfeit of your deposit.

To secure your appointment we require a non-refundable deposit, this is then taken off your total cost on the day of your appointment. Required on all new client bookings from 01/01/2023.

Styling/Haircut Deposit: $30

Colour Deposit: $50-$100

Wedding Deposit: 25% of full booking fee

We understand things may come up and you can’t make your appointment anymore, that’s okay! We ask to please respect our cancellation policy of giving us at least 48 hours notice from your appointment. Your deposit will be rolled over to your rescheduled appointment or can be held as store credit, in no circumstances do we refund deposits.

In our peak wedding season we have a minimum of $400 for out of salon work, this is to ensure we are keeping as much time as possible to be creating beautiful hair rather than time traveling.

Clients more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be contacted to reschedule their appointment, as we only have a small buffer between clients and can’t afford to run into others' pre-booked appointments.

To ensure your colour has the longest lasting results we do require our clients to use salon quality hair-products. Using supermarket brands can lead to chemical reactions, dull colours, build up of silicone and sulphates on the hair.

As much as we love your little ones; your time here at the salon is for you to sit back and relax. As we are in such a small space there is to many nasties the young ones can get into so we advise you to leave them with a family member or organise a babysitter for your appointment time!
